• Characterized as having a ‘commercial' venture(s) on the ground floor with multi-family housing above
• Typically no more than 40% of total square footage dedicated to ‘commercial' tenants
• No more than 20% of total revenue should be derived from ‘commercial' tenants
• Commercial tenants are typically retail, office or services oriented
• No manufacturing allowable from commercial tenants
• May not have on-site parking that is acceptable
