Michael A Gamble, Managing partner, Co- founder
Orchestrated a 100 plus member regional team for New Century Financial, composed of account executives, account managers, QC specialists, doc prep, funding and shipping personnel. In an industry plagued by divisiveness between production and operations, created and implemented a wholesale business model characterized by "an operational sales force", resulting in consistently increasing performance throughout his career as a Regional Vice President. After a successful tenure with New Century, Michael worked as an independent consultant on the development of two successful small balance commercial sales platforms. Michael's dual resume of wholesale banking in the commercial and residential space provided the roadmap for a partnership with Keith Jacobson in launching the SBC National vision.

Keith Jacobson, Managing partner, Co-Founder

With over 26 years of Mortgage Banking experience, Keith has an in-depth knowledge of the retail and wholesale markets. During his extensive career, Keith has worked in the secondary markets for major firms in the industry such as IndyMac bank and Freddie Mac. He has been personally responsible for Hundreds of millions in loan production over his career spanning more than two decades as a Licensed Mortgage broker (licensed since 1990). California has been the main focus of production for Keith, but his experience has spanned multiple states within the continental United States.

Secondary & Capital Markets Team

Our team has 22 years of solid comprehensive experience in commercial, corporate and community banking, Small Business Administration lending along with hard money, bridge and interim financing in the capacity of both a direct lender and commercial mortgage advisor. Our Director of Secondary has held positions with City National Bank, Mellon 1st Business Bank, West Coast Bank, Chase Bank and GE Capital.
During his career, our Director has developed an extensive aptitude working with property owners and investors of commercial properties including, but not limited to, multi-family, light industrial, retail, warehouse, owner-occupied, mixed-use, office, senior housing, self-storage, office and light industrial condos, mobile home parks and medical/dental/healthcare properties on a nationwide basis.
With this strong and in-depth background, our leadership is able to provide services on commercial real estate transactions that range from purchase financing, rate and term refinance, cash out refinance, short term/interim financing, hard money, short payoff and government guaranteed programs such as the SBA 7(a) and SBA 504.
Since 2003, Our Secondary team has successfully placed close to $80,000,000 in commercial real estate secured loans throughout the United States. Placement abilities are based on his nationwide access to commercial real estate financing sources including: correspondents, banks, insurance companies, finance companies and private lenders.
